About
Every culture carries stories — passed down through music, dance, craft, food, language, and art.
But in a fast-moving world, those traditions can fade.
C-Face was created to make sure they don’t.
We believe folk art is more than performance or decoration — it is identity. It is memory. It is belonging.
Our role is simple:
To give cultural traditions a stage.
To give artists a voice.
To give communities a place to gather and celebrate who they are.
When we host an event, organize a festival, or collaborate with artists, we are creating moments where people feel seen, proud, and connected.
That is what preserving culture really means.

We create welcoming spaces where people gather,
celebrate their roots, and build meaningful connections.
Who We Are
C-Face (Folk Art & Cultural Exchange Society Canada) is a registered non-profit based in Surrey, BC.
We create spaces where culture is shared, experienced, and celebrated — not just talked about.
Through events, artist showcases, youth programs, and cultural exchanges, we bring people together to honor the traditions that shape who we are.

Why It Matters
When traditions are shared, communities grow stronger.
When youth understand their roots, they grow
more confident.
When cultures meet, understanding replaces division.
Folk art is not just about the past — it’s about shaping a future built on respect, pride, and shared humanity.
